Any out of pocket expense for your pre-operative eye exam, the procedure, as well as any
post-operative office visits up to one year from your original

Fees
for NearVision CK:
The CK procedure, as
well as any post-operative office visits up to one
year from your original surgery date are included
in the price. Return visits,
usually four in number, occur
from the day-after-surgery to one year. The timing of the
visits will vary with the individual patient. The fee includes enhancements
for a period of 1 year if needed.
